Rail Fences Quilt with Provencial Floral

Sandra Hadley made a crib size Rail Fences quilt as a give. In May 2000 she mailed it to Nashville, Tennessee using the US Postal Service. Sandra found out after she mailed it that the last number of the street address was missing. She contacted the Postmaster in Nashville and tried tracking it, but no one has been able to locate this quilt.

She used a Provencial floral with purples, blues and creams. The quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted. The quilt was labeled:
From one exceptional person to another
    Sandra Hadley
    Manteca, CA
    2000

Can you help find this quilt? Please contact Sandra at [email protected].
