In 2005 Lisa Pierson made a special quilt for her aunt, who recently passed away. The quilt featured images that represented her aunt’s life as a mother, farmer, horse owner, and Texan. During December 2002 a Dresden Plate quilt disappeared from Cassandra Sloop’s mother’s home in Tennessee. The quilt has an ice cream cone border with blue fabric that matches the center circle.
