Margaret Brewer was searching for a quilt made by her great-grandmother, Margaret Rebecca Singleton Rose Brooksher. The last known owner was Ethel Foster of Muskogee, Oklahoma who was a granddaughter. Ethel had been persuaded to sell the quilt to a man who claimed he was going to establish a quilt museum near Branson, Missouri in Eureka Springs. Margaret had never found this museum.
