Katherine Salter is asking for help recovering a quilt she made for her mother, Rena Butt. The quilt was last seen in early 2010 at Chateau Gardens nursing home in Parkhill, Ontario, Canada. Kansas Remembered by Judy Parker

On May 22, 2011 a tornado ripped through Joplin, Missouri. In the process, this quilt was torn off Cheryl Parker’s master bedroom wall and the house was completely destroyed. The quilt was made by Cheryl’s mother-in-law, Judy Parker. It is king size. The main colors are green and yellow with Kansas sunflowers.
