Noah’s Ark Appliqued Quilt

In 1973, Christina Walborn’s grandmother made her a special Noah’s Ark quilt with various animals hand-appliqued onto white blocks. She tied the quilt with yarn and attached a label on the lower right corner of the backing. On December 28, 2002 Valorie Klinefelter sent her granddaughter a gift for her first birthday. Valorie sent the Noah’s Ark Quilt, but it was never delivered. The quilt was last seen at the Cascade Park Station in Vancouver, Washington. It was being mailed to Ontario, California.
