Susan Therrien is searching for a Snowball/Bowtie quilt that was made for Cynthia Watson by Matilda (Fox) Becker. This quilt was lost by a moving company. It was last seen on May 17, 2016 either in Jacksonville, Florida or in Winchester, Virginia where it was to be delivered to a warehouse. During early May 2009, Cathy Arney’s Vintage Print Snowball quilt was shipped from Chester, Illinois. When the box arrived in Denver, Colorado it was empty. Four Stolen Quilts

In April 2000, four quilts made by Esther (Schlabach) Miller were stolen from a storage unit in Middlebury, Indiana. Other items were also stolen from the unit which is located next to the Ace Hardware store. Esther is hoping that someone may have seen one of her quilts. Country Wildflowers is 78″ by 96″. 30’s Snowball Quilt

Barbara Price reports that her 30’s Snowball quilt stolen from the Orlando, Florida Airport. It was stolen from the waiting area of Gate 124 on July 20, 2001. The 60″ by 40″ quilt is made of 1930’s reproduction fabrics. It is a combination of the snowball block and a 9-patch block. The snowballs are white. The quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted.
