Carolyn Latham-Shiflett is looking for a Yellow Tulip Quilt that was lost at a the Paxton Child Development Center in Leesburg, Virginia in 1995. The yellow baby quilt was made in 1961 by Mildred Owens. It is embroidered in green of tulips.
