Vasuki: Mover of Mountains

In 2003 Vicki Loar sent this quilt, Vasuki: Mover of Mountains, to her grandson who was living in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. His mom moved and put most of his things in storage. Apparently she lost the storage unit in Fall 2005.

This original quilt features a large dragon. The quilt is about 54" by 75". It has a yellow background and the dragon has purple batik wings. It is machine pieced and machine and hand quilted. It is labeld on the back with a photo transfer inscription that reads, "For my grandson, Christopher Graham, on Christmas 2003." The label also has the quilt name, a personal sentiment, and Vicki's name.

If you see this quilt, please contact Vicki at [email protected].
