Spiderweb

For Christmas 2003, Patty Cross gave her son, Richard C. Smith, a Spiderweb Quilt. Around August 15, 2004, her son got a ride from a man he had met two weeks earlier. They had stopped for coffee in Tuscon, Arizona when the driver excused himself, saying he was going to the restroom, and drove off with everything her son was traveling with, including his clothes and this quilt.

The main colors of the 77" by 63" quilt are deep green, brown, a green flower print, and natural muslin. It has a label hand appliqued to the back corner. The label says, "Merry Christmas Ricky 2003, Love Mom."

If you have seen this quilt, please contact Patty at [email protected].
