Ring Around the Rosie
Joelene Didora needs help recovering a quilt, called Ring Around the Rosie, that she made for her granddaughter. The quilt has a muslin background. The border is blue with red children holding hands. The center of the quilt has a giant denim pocket with a zipper. It has 48 colorful posies coming out the pocket. Block letters surround the pocket, spelling out "Ring around the rosie, pocket full of posies." There is golden yellow ricrac on the pocket. The quilt has a label that says, "to Angelique Love Mama, Pocket full of Posies." The label is hand stitched to the bottom left corner. The quilt was started July 16, 2001 and finished January 11, 2002.
This quilt was last seen in April 2003 in Sexsmith Storage, Kelowna, B.C., Canada. It was in a locker rented by her daughter and the contents were repossessed for unpaid locker fees.
