Quilted Memories
On June 9, 2007 Tricia Hopkins mailed "Quilted Memories" to Mauda Moran from the Gordon, Texas post office, but it was delivered to the wrong address! The package was insured and required delivery confirmation. The postmaster confirmed the package was signed for in Houston on June 11, but it was not signed for by the person it was addressed to, nor did the addresses match. The person who signed for it denies memory or knowledge fo the whereabouts of this package.
This quilt, made in 2006, is 108" by 114". It looks like a bookcase with family photos, memorabilia, and art as well as books on the shelves. The main colors are sage with rose background. The bookcase is dark wood colors. It is machine pieced, machine appliqued, and machine quilted. There is a label hand appliqued to the back lower left corner.
If you find this quilt, please contact Tricia at [email protected].
