Pink Nine Patch

During July 2006, Donna Buchholz left her Pink Nine Patch quilt, along with some soap and a notebook, on a table at the Texas Soapmakers Convention in San Antonio, Texas. When she went back to get them, they were gone.

The quilt was made from a nine patch pattern in Issue 61 of Traditional Quiltworks magazine. The name of the quilt in the magazine was "Child's Play" and Donna's quilt looked very much like the picture in the magazine. It was done for her husband's niece with scraps. Many of the scraps were pink, but there were many other colors used as well. Donna was still in the process of handquilting it.

Please contact Donna through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
