Pink Double Wedding Band

A pink double wedding band quilt was stolen from car. The car, a 1990 Toyota Tercel, was parked in the highlands of North Carolina during the Spring of 1998. When the owner returned to the car, she found it had been vandalized and the quilt was gone.

The quilt is owned by Allred Cooder Buctawfree. It was made by Dolly Allred Moore about 75 years ago. The double bed sized quilt has a red honeycomb edge. There are tiny leaves on the back of the quilt. It is hand pieced and hand quilted.

If you have seen a quilt that fits this description, please contact Karen at [email protected].
