Recovered!
Phobos Animatos

Leslie Hall was given quite a scare when her original quilt, Phobos Animato, did not return after it was displayed at the 2004 International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas. The quilt was misdelivered by FedEx to another address in her neighborhood. Fortunately, the gentleman who received the package, called Leslie to let her know he had it.

The quilt is 48" square and it was made in 2004. The main colors are purple, red, blue and green. It is machine pieced and machine quilted. There are several thousand "Cosmojet" Swarovski crystals on the quilt. The quilt had a label with Leslie's name, address and phone number. The label was fused to the backing and hand sewn to the lower right corner.
