Nature's Colors Quilt

During the 1970's, a quilt disappeared from the house of Kay's grandfather in western Pennsylvania. It had been made by Kay's grandmother, Anna Lewis, in the 1920s or 1930s. It was supposed to have been given to Kay when her grandmother's estate was settled. Kay suspects it may have been taken by his housekeeper or her family.

This full-size quilt is hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted. It was made with a variety of natural colors like browns, greens and golds. It included fabric with pictures of squirrels with acorns, leaves, etc.

Please contact Kay through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page with information about this quilt.
