Judith's Quilt
The search is on for a quilt lost by the US Postal Service in November 2003. It was being sent to Nice, France but it never arrived.
This quilt is an improvisational design using fabrics from her niece's childhood dresses. It is smaller than twin size, but larger than crib size. It was designed to be a sofa throw. It has large and small flower prints, some vintage, some plaid, and one blue and white stripe. The colors are mostly pinks, reds and white. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. The name "Judith" is embroidered in blue. On the back should be a label that says something like "By Babs 2003."
If found, please contact the owner through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
