Great-Grandmother's Dresden Plate
Marianne Bingham is hoping to recover her great-grandmother's dresden plate quilt. It had been given to her as a teenager. It was last seen in August 1959 in Streetsboro, Ohio. She believes her mother sold it in a yard sale or gave it to a neighbor when they moved from Ohio to Florida.
The double-bed size quilt was made in the 1920's and 1930's. It had a lot of yellow prints and early depression prints. It was hand pieced and hand quilted.
If you've seen a quilt that matches this description, please contact Marianne through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
