First Day of School First Day of School

Lynda Reeve would like to recover a quilt that was lost by the US Postal Service. It was last seen on December 16, 2003 in Great Falls, Montana.

Lynda used a commercial pattern from "A Quilter's Life in Patchwork" by Pam Bono Designs and June Tailor (Photo used with permission).

Pam's 34" by 38" quilt features primary colors with black and gray. "MaKenna" is embroidered in seven different primary colors and the quilt is dated 8-14-03. It is machine pieced and machine quilted. The bus also has some black fabric paint. The label on the lower back corner reads, "MaKenna, for your first day of school, with love, Lynda, Great Falls, Montana."

If you have seen this quilt, please contact Lynda through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
