Nancy Eha's Crazy Quilt Block

On October 5, 2005 Nancy Eha lost a crazy quilt block she had been working on. It was last seen at the Atlanta airport. It apparently came out of her carry-on tote bag either at the Atlanta airport, on the Delta flight, or at the Daytona Beach airport. She had already worked on this block for over forty hours. It was to be included in a charity quilt to provide funds for Katrina survivors.

The quilt block is about 12" by 14". It is made with Mardi Gras colors: purple, gold, green and royal blue. She used satins, lace and metallic fabrics on a muslin based. It has a beaded Mardi Gras mask in the center of the block. The block used the fabrics shown at left. It is unfinished, so it does not have Nancy's name on it.

Please contact Nancy at [email protected] if you find this quilt block.
