Boys with Sailboats

Kristine Wiggin is searching for a quilt made by her grandmother for her son. It was last seen during Spring 1997 at the YMCA Children's Day Care in Norwich, Connecticut. One of the workers stuffed it into a bag and donated it out somewhere.

The crib-sized quilt features appliqued boys with sailboats and teddy bears. The main colors are yellows, blues, reds and white. It is machine appliqued and hand quilted. The label includes the maker's name, Lilian Nasin, and may possible also include "1995," the year it was made. This information was embroidered to the lower corner of the back.

If you've seen this quilt, please contact Kristine at [email protected].
