"Blue"

On June 3, 2004, Megan Wachs' quilt was taken from her front porch in Providence, Rhode Island when there was a lot of stuff around from moving in.

Megan made this 84" square quilt in 2003. It is made from a wide variety of blue calicos and prints, from navy blue to powder blue. Each square is made of diagonal strips, ranging from dark to light. The squares are then arranged to make diamonds of dark and light. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. The quilting is done in large rosettes, each covering four squares.

If you have any information about this quilt, please contact Megan through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
