Baseball Quilt

The Hogg family of Hagersville, Ontario, Canada is searching for a quilt that was accidentally left an an arena. Gaye made the original 50" by 60" using a baseball theme. She used denim, and the fabrics shown at left, and a light blue fleece for the backing. The quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted. In the border she sewed patches from the various teams her kids played for. One is a Blue Jay patch.

This quilt is very sentimental. They can not replace those patches or fabrics. The quilt was last seen during the Winter of 2003. She believes it was lost in the Toronto area. She's tried contacting many areans in the area, but hasn't found it yet. The quilt is not labeled.

If you have seen a quilt that fits this description, please contact Gaye through the Lost Quilt Come Home Page.
