Around the Block Swap

Jenny Hutt reports another block swap that is lost. Several quilters participated in an Around the Block Swap in 2001. The quilt was lost in transit between United States and Australia. This unfinished round robin quilt was last seen May 2001. All of Ruth's information was included with the package.

The quilt began with the quilt owner, Ruth Stark. She started the quilt with purple and yellow patches of floral fabrics. Each block was to be basted to a base fabric with a 4" grid. The grid was about 11 squares by 15 squares.

If you have information about this swap, please contact Jenny Hutt at [email protected].
