Pam’s Halloween Quilt

Vanessa Avery is looking for the Halloween Quilt the she made for her sister, Pam. It was last seen during the beginning of 2017 in the Jacksonville, Illinois area. Pam left it some people when she went into the hospital, and she went back several times to retrieve it. Eventually they told her they burned it, but she wasn’t sure if they were telling the truth.

Pam’s birthday was on Halloween, so Vanessa made the quilt using all Halloween fabrics. The main colors are red, orange, black, yellow, and purple. Some patches have eyes that glow in the dark. The quilt is approximately 60″ by 60″. It is machine pieced and machine quilted. There is a label on the back that says something like, “to Pam, I hope this will keep you warm and safe and keep the demons away.”

Pam passed away on July 2, 2017, and Vanessa would love to be able to give it to her granddaughter if there is any chance the quilt was not destroyed. If you find this quilt, please contact Vanessa at Vgavery3263@hotmail.com.
