CC hopes to find a quilt her grandmother made for her family before she passed away. CC’s car was stolen in Stockton, California in April 1998 and the quilt was inside. The car was recovered, but the quilt was missing.
It was a blue and red patchwork quilt with pastel blue inside. It is lined with a heavy blanket. What makes this quilt unique is that CC put her Grandmother Georgia’s name, along with her children’s names and those of her nieces and nephews. The names are written with puff paint.
