Jeanne O’Neale is hoping someone might have seen a pink Sunbonnet Sue quilt that was made in the 1970’s. the quilt was made by Grace (Gould) O’Neale for Julie O’Neale. It was last seen in her home in Eureka, California. Jeanne is not sure when or how it became missing. Grace made two almost identical quilts for her two granddaughters. The quilt shown here is the one that is not missing, but the missing quilt looks very similar.

This quilt is about 91″ by 76″. The background is white and the sashing is pink. The dresses are from fabric used to make dresses for two granddaughters. The quilt is hand appliquéd, machine pieced, and hand quilted.
