Denise Hamilton is asking for everyone to be on the lookout for her Roman Holiday quilt. The quilt was last seen on April 29, 2013 in Cabot, Arkansas. The shipper recorded that it was delivered to the front door in Tampa, Florida. Only a door tag was recovered at the destination.
The quilt is 70″ by 80″. The main colors are red, creamy white, aqua, and olive green. She used Moda fabric from the Roman Holiday collection (from around 2006). The quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted. All of the blocks are diamonds or triangles. She used a large, red and white stripe for the border and mitered the corners. The picture shows the quilt top before it was long arm quilted. When the quilt went missing, it had been quilted but did not yet have binding or a label.
If you find this quilt, please contact Denise at andhamilton@gmail.com.
