Annie Johnson hopes someone has found a quilt made by her mother-in-law, Flora Johnson. The quilt was last seen in July 2007. They think the quilt was lost when her mother-in-law moved from Lubbock, Texas to Amarillo. They are not sure if it was accidentally left behind in the house in Lubbock, or if it has gotten lost or misplaced since, but no one remembers seeing the quilt at her new house in Amarillo.
This king-size quilt is a hexagon six-pointed star design. It is a scrappy quilt using mostly purples, greens, reds, blues, and browns. It is hand and machine pieced and hand quilted. It was made in 1969.
