Jana’s Special

Shara-Dee Seiter hopes some one has found a pink and white, twin size quilt that she made for Jana. She last saw it in Phoenix, Arizona. It was possibly lost during her family’s move to Tempe, Arizona in 1982 or maybe shortly after that.

The quilt was made with pink gingham and there was hand quilting across the top that said something like, “Sleep tight.” Every square on the quilt depicted something of Jana’s young life: her family, school, church, etc. Every square was hand appliqued and embroidered. It may have also had Jana’s name on the quilt.

Shara-Dee writes, “It’d be a miracle to recover this long-lost treasure, but there’s always hope :)” If you’ve seen this quilt, please contact Shara-Dee at shara-dee@cox.net.
